Lowell Goldsmith ’02M (MPH), dean emeritus of the School of Medicine and Dentistry, founding chair of the department of dermatology, and professor emeritus, and his wife Carol recently endowed the Carol A. and Lowell A. Goldsmith Professorship in Dermatology. The Goldsmiths utilized thoughtful gift-planning strategies including a charitable remainder trust, charitable gift annuities, a donor-advised fund, and a bequest intention as well as outright gifts.
